Central Florida is one market with several different yards. A Lake Nona lot is a new build on flat sand with an HOA packet to satisfy, a Winter Park lot is old canopy, roots and shade, a Windermere property usually sits near the Butler Chain of Lakes where the water table is close, and a Kissimmee address may belong to a short-term rental where the surface has to survive guest traffic. The town pages below cover the utility that sets the watering rules, the office that issues the turf permit, the ground conditions on site, and the local approvals that actually slow a job down.
Pick a town. Each page shows the ground under it, the water utility that sets the rules, the permit office that signs the work, and the Artificial Grass price band for that town.

Every town page lists the water utility and its published rules, because removing a lawn removes an irrigation schedule. Orange County allows landscape irrigation one day a week from November 1 to March 13 and two days a week during daylight saving time, under St. Johns River Water Management District rules, and the district is under a water shortage order.
